Home-made corn chip recipe using mountain bread or pita bread with olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and herbs

-This recipe is the worth the effort on occasions.  You can make a batch and store them in an air-tight container for a week.

-The corn chips you buy generally use poor quality oils

-Make sure the bread you buy is very thin1-2mm thick.

-Make sure you watch that they don't burn.  Once the oven is heated they only take a few minutes to turn golden brown

-Experiment with various flavours such as dried herbs or chili powder
