Why do I think these muffins are so good?  Because they are nutritious enough to have for dinner without anything else.

They have protein in the form of egg and cheese.

The cheese will give you some calcium.

With wholemeal flour and other ingredients, these muffins have a low glycaemic index.

I have been researching another index called the Dietary Inflammatory Index.  42 foods/nutrients make it onto the anti-inflammatory list.  I will mention a few here: garlic, ginger, onion, black and green tea, thyme, oregano and rosemary.
