I think every child should have a go at making muffins. You can add fruits that are past their use-by date and take them for lunches

Peanut butter is a legume and full of unsaturated fat. So, it is a good alternative to butter as long as no one is allergic to it.
Similar to a cheese cake but healthier:
The base contains almond meal, honey and soy milk. The top is thick custard with blueberries
