Then I scraped out the flesh. It's a bit of work for not much return

Then I mixed this blob with maple syrup and served it with coconut yoghurt.

Delicious! The only thing I would do differently next time is leave the pandanuses overnight in water to reduce the astringency. Yes, I would make this again.
